Morning Coffee Cup Ritual

One of my favourite ways to start a day is with an Alchymeic coffee cup reading. With the mini Stargate box, I first begin by empowering my coffee with 'The Long & The Short of It' plus other tonic evoking Alchymie energies - the empowerment is given by placing the energies on the 'I'm Here' side of the Mini Stargate and the coffee on the 'I'm There' (or receiving side. Just a moment is sufficient to empower your favourite morning brew!

Then as I am enjoying those delicious sips, I contemplate my day ahead - it is a moment of meditation and checking in with myself - what I would like to be moving on, where I see the day taking me and so on ...

Once I have finished the cup, I turn it over to allow the coffee remains to drain and dry - this is where the 'reading' part comes in. Often the coffee dregs create images that can be read or felt, which is fun and also informative.

To 'drink' the cup as an empowerment, I remove the energies from the 'I'm Here' side and place the coffee cup there, and then place a fresh glass of water on the receiving or 'I'm There' side and drink ... I also like to place my hand on the receiving side with the cup still present, to tune into the energy of the reading.

This whole process of empowerment has been given as part of the intention and function of the Mini Stargate - and is such a wonderful and personal daily ritual to enjoy x
